Right Worshipful District Deputy Grand Masters:

The following criteria will be used to submit the Outstanding Lodge from your district to compete for the Outstanding Lodge of the Year Award. There are two categories.

Category A: Lodges with a total membership of thirty (30) or more.

Category B: Lodges with a total membership of twenty-nine or less.

CRITERIA FORMAT

A. Name of Lodge.

B. Timely submission of reports and responses to the District Deputy Grand master and

Grand Lodge correspondence.

C. Youth program activities. Category A lodges only.

D. Community charity programs

E. Masonic education programs.

F. Copies of lodge study club minutes must be submitted to the District Deputy Grand

Master.

G. Ritualistic performance.

H. Performance of public activities, i.e. St. Johns Day, Black History Programs, Martin

Luther King, Jr. Program recognition of widows.

I. Number of reinstatements.

J. Number of new members.

Your typed selection should be into the Grand Secretary no later than May 31. Final selection will be made by the Grand Lodge Awards Committee and announced during our Annual Communication.
